Before we can shift anything internally, we must first create a sense of safety in the body. This phase is about calming the fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses and helping your nervous system find stability. Through grounding practices, breathwork, and nervous system support, you begin to feel more present, connected, and in control. Regulation is the foundation for true emotional freedom.

Identify the Mind’s Story

Once safety is established, we begin exploring the unconscious narratives and thought patterns that keep you stuck. This step is about shining light on the inner critic, outdated programming, and self-sabotaging beliefs that have shaped your emotional responses. By bringing these stories to awareness, you can start rewriting them with compassion, clarity, and truth.

Somatic & Subconscious Release
